Sales Representative

This position is within the software sales team of a progressive company in the GTA. RW&A Inc. is a 25-year-old company with 17 employees providing accounting services, software development and implementation, and technical support to a very diverse client base.

An individual with superior presentation and communication skills and a dedication to sell and provide exceptional customer service, a proven track record of leadership and a strong work ethic.

The successful candidate will also possess a progressive outlook, be a dedicated team player, able to handle varying deadlines and volumes of work, be adaptable to changes within the organization and be keen to keep up to date with ever-changing computer technology.

Current Responsibilities - includes:
  • Actively following up on leads and assist in closing sales
    • Ensure signed Order Confirmations are processed and invoiced in a timely manner
    • After sales follow up with client to ensure client satisfaction
  • Organizing demonstrations/seminars/training sessions/workshops
    • After demo follow up with client to close any potential sale
  • Market AnyKey training sessions
  • Confirming appointments /demonstrations/seminars/training sessions/workshops
  • Preparation for exhibits/trade shows
    • Registering, organizing & planning
  • Fielding all initial sales leads and handing the lead off to the appropriate sales person
  • Conduct initial sales calls to develop new customer relationships
  • Identify and develop new opportunities across a wide variety of industries
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Assist with creating marketing material to distribute including: newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and flyers
  • Informing existing clients of special promotions through marketing material and follow up calls
  • Maintaining an existing customer base through regular customer contact
  • Market research for new opportunities
Required Skills - include:
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must have solid track record or proven effectiveness in sales and new business development.
  • Must be a self-starter, willing to learn and grow the business, energized, ambitious and ethical
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proven negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Post secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experienc
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Self starter
  • Competency in MS Office
