I wanted to take a minute and express my feelings after the
symposium. You have a great team and your enthusiasm was a
clear message to us all. Yesterday really recharged my batteries
on every level including customer care, IT and general management
practices. There were great ideas and solutions presented which
I am anxious to share and implement with Alico next week including
an in house team to focus on our IT needs and wants. I have already
begun to explore some of the tips that you and Rowie demonstrated
and there is great excitement internally i.e., ‘superticker’ and
‘find’.

The application you created for us made the world of difference.
It's difficult to put this in terms of "time saved" since the BV
order entry/customer app was very limited. The Custom OE interface
has made it possible for us to actually process orders and assist
our customers with their needs, in a user friendly manner. Working
with Laurent has been a pleasure. Any issues that have arisen were
handled in a professional and friendly manner. Quick to respond to
our requests and needs. I wouldn't hesitate in the least to recommend
RW&A to anyone,(except one of our competitors!)
