PurchasePro gives you access to change purchase orders. Before PurchasePro, we couldn't issue a purchase order until we had all the final costs. Now we can issue our purchase orders right away and change them if necessary when the correct costs come in later.

We do about 20 customer orders per day with non-stock special order items on them. Having PurchasePro create purchase orders for these is the biggest time-saving feature for us. We no longer have to type these items in on the customer order and the purchase order. Also, the part #'s and descriptions are identical on both documents because PurchasePro takes care of it. I like to have PurchasePro create my purchase orders for me and then go to Business Vision to modify them further before issuing them. I was recently very pleased with the service provided by the technical department at Rowie Walker & Associates. I had an issue, I called them and they researched it before calling me back. They fixed it right away and got me an update almost immediately.

We have been using PurchasePro for the past year we find it saves us alot of work we do not have to do things twice .WE go to BV set up an order and tie it together with a po in BV it allows us to change a po we can add a po number which you can not do in bv.I would recommend this purchase pro to any one who has BV.

Also it is great for doing the stock orders as long as you have the min and max it does all the work for you the only thing you have to do is fine tone the purchase order which is not a big deal. I think this is a must for any one who has BV.
