RW&A, Inc. and T.H.E. & Company Merge To Better Serve Customers
Toronto, ON, CANADA – June 26, 2008 – RW&A, Inc., a leading professional services firm
specializing in Sage BusinessVision, is pleased to announce their merger with T.H.E. &
Company, and the addition of Pierre Mantha to their team of Senior Consultants. The
merger will bring forward each companies best resources for the benefit of their
combined client base.

Pierre has been a BusinessVision value added reseller for 18 years and worked for
BusinessVision as the Director of Partners and Profits prior to that. He also has
a strong business background with a specialty in manufacturing and importing. "I

with my extensive knowledge of BusinessVision I am able to help our clients get
