BVImport Utility uses the familiar and convenient functionality of Microsoft™ Excel to Import and Export from several BusinessVision modules. Easy Importing
- The BVImport Utility interface outlines all the BusinessVision fields that are required to map to the spreadsheet.
- Optional validation of data checks the entries for exceptions before importing.
- During processing, the import progress is clearly displayed.
- When mapping the import fields, browsing for columns is easy with a browse window similar to Microsoft™ Excel.
- Mappings are recalled from the previous use to eliminate the need to re-map when using standard importing spreadsheet formats.
- Option to update or insert existing records.
