About the Link Between Sage CRM and Sage BusinessVision

The link between Sage CRM and Sage BusinessVision allows companies to implement a powerful sales and marketing engine while maintaining a cost-effective and comprehensive accounting and business management software system.

Customers are seamlessly linked from Sage CRM into Sage BusinessVision eliminating double-entry of information. Notes, orders, sales and accounts receivable data from Sage BusinessVision will be visible from Sage CRM empowering the sales and marketing staff with real-time accounting data.

Quotes may be maintained from Sage CRM directly in BusinessVision or in a custom database provided (outside of BusinessVision). Once the quotes have been approved, they may be promoted to BusinessVision orders from Sage CRM.

Quotes and orders are visible from the My CRM interface and all may be filtered for analysis and review from Sage CRM.

BusinessVision inventory is accessible from Sage CRM including information on availability and pricing based on the customer’s established profile – including customer-specific pricing, discounts and quantity breaks.
